Where are your favorite money making spots? I know the Savana V boss in Episode 1 is an ok spot, and the "Asteroid ?" bonus level of Asteroid 1 has a mid boss that spams endless projectiles that worked quite well..

What other spots in the other episodes are your favorite for making money in the game?

IMO the secret level "Bubbles" is the best place to get rich easily!!
