Another well known online games store has Tyranny on offer, wish GOG did as I prefer GOG's TOS ;)

Same here, and I'm glad I waited the couple of days extra.

I think the price reducing isn't timed with Steam, because of maybe some price battleing. Thats why the times for these kind of "events" like sales are shifted by some weeks. It is always good to wait.
