I purchased the Bastard's wound on release day and since I didn't want to miss any new content I decided to make a new character. However, I played through the whole campaign and didn't encounter any new area, quest or dialog options.
This frustrated me so I decided to look up how to access the dlc online and found that you're supposed to recieve a missive during the 2nd act. I didn't recieve any missives that wasn't in the base game.
I decided to try and reinstall the dlc but I still haven't recieved a missive.

Has anyone else had this problem, or know a solution?

Uninstall and reinstall the whole game. if you're using Galaxy to do the install, make sure that the DLC is checked in the Settings tab for the game. Hope that helps, I know its a real bummer.
