In Windows 10 pro 64 bit, the intro's and cutscenes don't play, but otherwise the game plays flawless. Even Windows 7 pro 64 bit would play the video files in question. My old Vista business 32 bit also allows everything. Tech support attempted to resolve the Windows 10 64 bit problem and I tried it all. So it seems that W10 64 bit will not allow the in-game intro's and cut-scenes. At least not on my machine. Anybody else experience this?
