A friend and me put in our tickets last friday and still didn't receive one, today though on monday while I was passed out since I work nights he sent in another today and got his since he was off, I put in another ticket after he woke me up with the call about the news but I can only wonder if I will ever get a reply. :(
How long did it take those who have their key until you got a response?

I had a bit of bother getting a key for this as well. .Ater waiting 5 or 6 days without a response I sent a mail through the contact us page to the section marked Other. Which although it is marked for feedback & suggestions got me a response and key within 24 hrs

Hehe yikes, that's a little disconcerting especially since I notice you seem to be in the same timezone as gog if i read that little notice on the contact us page.
Thanks for the suggestion guess I'll go throw in a ticket to that as well.

I requested a MP serial about 8 days ago now and still no response from the GOG team. Doesn't look like I'll ever get one now.

Yeah I'm starting to think from threads like this and another which GOG responded to they're having mail server issues or something. I'll send some mail along and hope they look into it.

Excuse me, but where shoud I ask for the MP key? In other games I noticed the link but not in this one.

I've sent two emails and gotten no response. I know I got it for cheap, but common, I expect to get everything that comes with the game including the multiplayer. It turns me off to GoG, I should have spent the extra $10 and gotten it from Steam.

You can contact them here http://www.gog.com/en/support/contact , then choose the "request multiplayer key" option
That's strange I asked on Monday and got it on Tuesday

I asked on Monday and got it on Thursday. That was probably the longest I've ever had to wait for a response from GOG, every other communication I've had with them was within less than 48 hours. Still, I sent my request after the end of their business day on Monday and they sent a reply before I woke up on Thursday, so technically it was still within 48 hours this time.

It took 11 days to get my key, i just recieved it yesterday. Quite disapointed with the response time.

After posting here I found how to ask for the key (looking in another game's description, the post with link wasn't here) and got it in two days... nothing to complain about, always the great job from GOG.

Hey gang,
Though finding out that I had to actually submit a ticket request regarding this game to get the serial key. (This should probably have been mentioned somewhere earlier on) The response time was pretty quick. As an added bonus they added the multiplayer tab hotfix to the response as well!
Anyway, response time was within two days. So thanks GoG for a rapid response!
