So there's 2.0.9 on GOG while there's 3.0.39 on Steam for half a year now. I don't like to give (hasty) bad reviews and I'm usually not a user who always needs everything to be up to date.
But before I put out a bad review: Is there any perspective at all that we'll get to a reasonably up-to-date state of the game?

If this is addressed to me, I'm sorry to inform you that I'm affiliated neither to the dev/pub nor to GOG, just a customer like you. You have to address GOG or/and the dev/pub to get the answer to your inquiry.
