Hi guys, so basically I got Tropico 5 for free on PS4 as part of the monthly PS plus giveaways. However with the GoG sale on currently, is it worth buying it for PC instead? For those who have played the game, does it offer anything extra or significant in the PC vanilla version (content, features, etc) compared to the console version? Is it even worth buying at all compared to previous installments? This will be my first time playing a Tropico game.

The only thing that bugs me about the PS4 version is that it doesn't support keyboard/mouse support (at least so I've heard), and this being an RTS game that would come in handy. Otherwise, it's still a free game. What do you guys think? Should I just stick with what I got or spend $12 to $20 bucks (vanilla or complete) for Tropico 5 on PC?
well the ps4 one wasnt complete edition so you can get that one here and have all the dlc goodnesses at sale price

edit: and you never know there may be mods for it as well on pc version

I'd say yes, just for the simple fact it has better saving functions, and zero issue reloading big islands.. It also has a map maker/mod maker you can play around with, with a pretty powerful scripting tool..

If money is an issue, wait for the holiday sales, and i'd say it is a no brainer to grab.. the game runs far better on a PC.. (note, maybe they fixed issue on the Play station when they ported it to PS4, but i know for a fact PS3 had some glaring ones)

I've seen it here for cheap, and i got it on Steam complete for 3.50.. (i was missing lots of DLC, and it was just cheaper to buy it that way) I already had 2 sets of disks as it was..)
