I have been waiting for a response for 2 tickets I opened in response to the Code not working for Tropico 5 66% off upgrade.

The first time I tried to use the code my browser crashed and then I tried again and it said that my code was already used.

Then GOG support sent me a Checkout URL which did not work - it went to a page where the price was $9.90 and then when I went to pay it converted to $29.

GOG then closed that ticket so I opened a new one.

Can someone let me know how to purchase the upgrade at the discounted price please? Or get a new code?

Can't help you with your specific problem (if it is even still a problem by now), but for future reference, you can always reopen a closed Support ticket by simply replying to the final e-mail you got from them. And if that fails for some reason, and you can't get a direct response from Firek (the Support Overlord) via Chat, you'd be better off creating a thread like this in General Discussion, rather than in one of the low-traffic game forums. : )
