Just curious if the GOG version has been updated with the .NET 3.5 update which makes it run on Windows 10 without having to mod it.

The GOG version of TRON 2.0 doesn't need to be updated to work on Windows 10. It already does. So does the original Retail disc version, for that matter.
The recent "Windows 10 compatibility" update on Steam was to fix a flawed launcher added exclusively to the Steam release, that could prevent the game from starting on Win 10. The game itself was not updated, however.
