Unlikely.

The original release for Mac was made for PowerPC, so it won't run on modern Macs.

GOG could take the Windows version of the game, and create a pre-configured WINE based version that will run on a Mac. They could also do a Linux version, for that matter.

GOG has done it before. It's just a question of if/when they will get around to it.

In the meantime, you can get the Windows version of TRON 2.0 running pretty easily on a Mac by using ThePortingKit. (Click the word "here" where it says "Download the Porting Kit up here".)
