This what I get when trying to play. Windows 10, 16gb ram,Ryzen 1700x, Rx580.

So saw a Steam thread that said to change the refresh rate from automatic to your actual one. So 60hz for most people and it worked for me. Still can't play original version of Trine as it just goes to a black screen and back to desktop.
