nevermind. you jump up to the left, go up, then down and over. ;) BUT WHY CNA't WE PLAY WITH THE GRAIL AND THE DEAD GUY AND THE LEVER? I'M SADDDDD.

So how do you get to where the chest is? I have the jump boots and I can't get that high. Is there a gust of wind I can bottle somewhere?

MANY MANY THANKS, OP! I had 39 fragments and couldn't for the life of me find where the 40th fragment was. You have everything you need: the bottle to keep the fire. Well, having the boots won't hurt of course.

The trick is in not burning the vine near the torch, but closer to the door, and then outrunning the fire to jump on the vine before it's consumed.

Don't forget to bottle more fire just as you start burning the first vine, because you'll have to repeat for the second vine. Afterwards you'll have to fumble in the dark a bit like the OP, but it's not hard.

When burning the "outer" vine you can jump up and burn the vertical vine and if you turn back fast enough it will leave the horizontal vine intact so that you can jump up to it and then to the ledge. That makes it easier.
