I forgot the name of the island, but it's the one with the big tree where you get the compass and the top hat.
I'm quite high up, almost by the next boss juding by the presence of the "save" blue icon nearby, but I can't get past this bloody room with a pond, there are 3 fish in it and the door out is too high up to jump to, there is a switch which supposedly helps but throwing the hook at it does nothing, and I have done it repeatedly just to make sure I really hit it right.
This is the room (attachement). Any help? I'm really loving the game and would like to finally progress but am racking my brains here...
edit: The walkthrough completely skips this room, making me feel like a moron because apparently it's supposed to be so easy...
