There's a 4 digit code. Interact with the terminals to find them.

I've done the four digit code (and entered it into the machine) but still can't find out where to go to access the library. I'm guessing it's obvious but I'm just missing it somehow :(


EDIT: Found it! I don't know why but I was looking for a travel disc and completely missed the inactive teleporter pad.
