Thanks for your support! Finally, I have solved the problem of translation with the help of this mod: mega.nz/#!0sx2zATL!ONjUs4S0StlxLf3qc95yoDI4Uxb8PN-5BwOGDLviCno. I found it in the Runic Games Forum, it's works perfectly in the GOG version. However, in the modified version doesn't allow to play in LAN mode offline because the button "Join" (Unirse a la partida) doesn't appear.

I found the solution to this problem in the steam forum. In order to solve this, every players needs to do this:
1. Go to=> Documents/ my games/ runic games/ torchlight 2
2. Look for local_settings.txt and open
3. Next, find LOBBYHOST:lobby.runicgames.com
4. Change lobby.runicgames.com to the following: localhost
5. Save the file

I think it's works with the rest of mods. For playing online multiplayer mode again you need to restore to lobby.runicgames.com
