Hey. Any particular reason why mods don't work with Russian version of the game? May be that's because of different .exe or something? I switched to English and they all work just fine, but with Russian version there is an error tab whenever I launch the game, saying "Runtime error". The only reason I bought TL1 on GOG is an accurate official Russian localization, but I can't play without mods, they all are essential really =_= Can I fix it somehow or "as is"?

Didn't see it earlier (thanks too GOG.....)

Just to be sure, (and as I never played in another language ;) ):
Did you reinstall the game or is there a hidden language switcher (didn't see one) ? (Although it seems to be a different installer) -> If so, is it the same version number?
Also, did you install it in the same directory? Sometimes you get straaange results using non-latin characters in the file-path....
You could try to move the russian translation folder over to the english install....but not sure if it would work ;)

Also which runtime error do you get?
Hello. Thanks for the reply, I figured out what's what a while ago, just didn't bother to update the topic. You can swap between languages through options in GOG Galaxy for this game, it will just update some neccessary files, but game directory will remain the same. The problem is that some big part of localization is in the .exe file as I thought. So I can't really do nothing about it, which is unfortunate. Mods apparently were made for that specific English .exe or whatever technical explanation would be accurate. So yea, I could just replace Russian.exe with English.exe file, mods would work but localization would be screwed :( I bought Torchlight during sale so not a big deal really ;)
