I've been looking all over for a way to enable console commands for my mac but i can't seem to find any solutions.

I've read about finding the setting.txt file and changing CONSOLE:0 to CONSOLE:1 but i can't seem to find the file.

any help would be appreciated.

Well I'm a pc user and I have the same problem here. I can't find any settings.txt in the game folder or my documents.
I know some people don't like to cheat and look down on us for cheating in games but I would appreciate any help provided. Thank you
@Firmus: On Windows systems Settings.txt is located in your user account application data folder.

Sorry, I don't know about Mac OS (and I hopefully never will ;-)

I don't think I'll be "cheating" in this game.

I am on a macbook pro...there is no runic games folder where you posted for. I tried using the finder, again no runic games folder or settings.txt Really frustrating....I am new to mac but hating it every day....why can't they have a simple directory/access to all files used by a given application? It seems really stupid and counterintuitive to me that mac puts everything in a different place with no common path, root or access to all the given files created by a given application...mac should go completely out of business I think. Worst design immaginable.
