trayter: Hi, what do we have to do to access it? I go online and nothing is different than before, still no games too.

I went to gog and the patch still says 1.03. There something somewhere else I need to download? im qued for ranked atm....still nothing
try restarting galaxy
GAH! I'm afraid I have to take it back. We set things live on Steam and GOG but we are experiencing a ton of technical problesm with the patch. For now, Steam is rolling back, which means they won't connect. Hopefully will ahve these issues resolved soon.
Is there a way to refund? I can't get a game in GOG
I love when people ask for refund instead of just waiting for some days... Is all patience begone in this world nowadays ?

Pro Tip : having friends on GoG is the best way to have as many games as you want since the game is out.

Ask for your friends to let Steam down for a while and to come on GoG : no drm, no stupid commercial policies (and getting wort and worst with the time), better prices...

Especially for something so marginal as the online part. Only if the singleplayer portion and the multiplayer portion (both, not just one) are broken af and/or unsatisfactory (Aliens: Colonial Marines or Command & Conquer 4 levels of unsatisfactory) should anyone ask for a refund. GOG only supports the "broken af" option, and observed case-by-case by the criteria of compatibility issues, not much with developer-made problems as far as I'm aware.
Even if I'm more interrested by the split-screen coop in this game, I would not say that the online part is "marginal".

And even if it was : nothing has to be "un-marginal" to be expected by someone, and if there is no delivery, any disappointement is legit.

I'm just talking about patience (nothing inhuman... I think) in response to the "REFUND" reflex nowadays a lot of people jump on for any reason (a bit delayed translation for Divinity Original Sin 2, delayed crossplay for Tooh and Tail, for the 2 most recent I saw only this 2 last weeks)

The thing is today people do "consume" video games like movies or hamburger : quickly served, quickly eaten, quickly forgotten.

Since video games exists there are bugs, delays and surprizes when you buy day one, and still there are people to run as far as taking days off to play something day one, and cry because servers are down, DL is sluggish, crashes, bugs, glitches, and so on... This is so silly.
In my country we have an old proverb who call this "Essuyer les plâtres" = "Wipe the plasters" which means when you wanna get first to something new, you run into all that is not polished, fixed yet, probs that are not discovered yet, and so...

When Diablo 3 was out, it was really hillarious to see the amount of people who took days off and were waiting raging in front of their main screen stuck because of saturated servers.

Ya, I actually am totally fine with people asking for refunds! The game isn't what was sold to them! Of course I do hope to fix it very very shortly, and I hope those people will reconsider. But I totally understand from their perspective!
I think asking for a refund is very fair at this point as well. You can simply rebuy it from steam. I'll admit the bystander, gog, gets hurt a bit with that but I wouldn't even be here using gog for the first time if the game wasn't so supporitng of it.

I am extremely impressed by the game-developer interaction in this thread. Such an awesome example of customer support, and product advertisement simply by being friendly and understanding to the people buying their game, and talking about product refunds in a level-header manner.

Just on the basis of their messages in this thread especially on a DRM-free distribution channel, I'll buy this game right now. Looking forward to split-screen co-op play with my kids. Thank you devs!
