Hello.

The game does not run. Neither from Galaxy, nor by running the .exe directly. An exception is thrown right after launching, see attachment.

Could you help me?

Found this solution:

Go to Windows settings -> Gaming -> turned off “Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar”.
and
toothandtail.exe file->properties-> compatibility-> turn on “disable fullscreen optimizations”
