Anyone know of a way to get the game to launch in a window?

I have a 35" 3440x1440p monitor and would rather just play in windowed mode than have it be a tiny box in the center of my monitor and have it affect my other monitors.

I think there's only way to install this into virtual machine.

I have gotten the CD version to work in window mode no idea why I can't get this GoG version to do the same.

I'd also like to know if theres a way, i want to record gameplay of this game but whenever i try to record it it just turns into three tiny windows at the top of my screen, i have fixed this issue with other games by playing them in windowed mode and would like to do the same here
