The code is based on Christopher's work(1) I initially made it for me, but I guess someone else may appreciate.

Just unpack it somewhere, copy the three files in the Titan Quest Anniversary Edition directory (where you have TQ.exe) and start the game with TQCam2.exe.
While playing press the Middle Mouse Button and moving the mouse you will rotate the camera around the player. If you want to change the yaw keep pressed [. Pressing ] resets the camera to the default angle. If while keeping pressed [ you press ] you change the default to the current camera angle.
