It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

The pointer does not respond in game, I have to Ctrl Alt Delete to kill the program. A Google search has not returned any relevant results regarding this issue.
I have the same problem. A first workaround, until a better solution comes around is to switch off fullscreen mode.

You have to go to your documents folder\my games\titan quest - immortal throne\settinds and edit the options.txt, setting fullscreen to false.

Then you will have a mouse cursor

Hoping there will be a better solution presented soon
Thanks you, I have switch off Fullscreen with option.txt and I change game's resolution to 1600x1200 and I have a great window to play. It's not fantastic but it's good to play. Thanks.
@Ludoergosum Thank you for the response, I suppose I'll make due with your suggestion until the game gets properly patched.
put compatibility windows 8 and runing as administrator and the problem is resolved. Anyway i hope they fix this without have to change the properties.

How can you do this in Galaxy? (I don't use shortcuts, I have already too many)

Search for tq.exe under C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Titan Quest Anniversary Edition and change it under properties, I guess
@jeronimol Thank you, that works even better. I can run it fullscreen on my 4K monitor that way.
This also works (I have copied and pasted from the Steam forum for TQ Anniversary):

Solution to No Mouse Cursor (Pointer) on ultra HD (4K) Settings or with Windows Scaling Settings 150% and Above.

Invisible Mouse Cursor or Frozen Mouse Cursor Fix!
Solution to No Mouse Cursor (Pointer) on ultra HD (4K) Settings or with Windows Scaling Settings 150% and Above.
When I first started the game I could not see my Mouse Cursor, I could see the mouse Cursor but it was frozen on the screen, The menus would highlight as if my mouse was over them but I could not see the Mouse Cursor. I was able to fix this Problem by Setting Windows Scaling BACK TO 100%. Now when the game starts I can see my Mouse cursor as I move it. Hope this Helps anyone with this same problem.

We had the same problem with Windows 7, and this fixed it.

No, Galaxy don't use this, it has its own property use, shitty for the gamer.
I could make TQ launch good, but once I launch trough Galaxy it doesn't care about my good properties.
Still, the game has not the good options in Galaxy. I must put the good properties in the shortcut and launch it without Galaxy.

What options are you looking for exactly?

My windows is Win10Pro 64b.
Once installed, in the shortcut TQ has only Unscale option activated (grayed too). I thick Compatibility to WinXP SP3, and Admin. Maybe there are better options, but, iirc, XPsp3 option (and Admin) is what I used with my old dvd version to play the better.

OK, so part of this can be solved using the "Show folder" feature in Galaxy :)

If you go to Titan Quest's page in Galaxy on your shelf and click on the "More" button, you will see an option called "Show folder". Click on that and that will open your file explorer exactly where all of Titan Quest's files are. Look for the games executable (should be TQ.exe or something like that), right click on it, select "Proerties" and within that menu you should be able to set the game to Windows XP SP3 mode and set the executable to "Run as Admin".
