Yeah, the rate button. The choice of spineless cowards.
I'm sure it's possible to find a way to express your frustration and opinions without the excessive usage of swear words. Please keep it civil.
Does anybody know if there is an official statement about this?
Why they've changed their minds and if there's going to be some kind of workaround with GOG Connect?
Here is your answer: link

Good find... that is unfortunate for GOG it didn't meet their sales expectations on their own store... once I saw it pop up on Steam, I pretty much knew this was the reason

Thanks anx! :)
I don't understand the whining. GOG is DRM-free and offers better value than Steam. If pricing is similar, I have switched to buying games on GOG because I like actually owning my games. Steam has the right to delete my games whenever they feel like it.

If you're a slave to Valve's platform's social lock-in, you can still add Thronebreaker to Steam as a non-Steam game, so your friends see what you're playing and you get the overlay.

Plus, this is CDPR's platform. Would you complain that Valve didn't release Half-Life 2 on iTunes?

Owners of GOG should receive a free steam, origin, uplay, and any other key. Moreover they should get version on PS4, XBOX one, PS6, commodore, nintendo switch, remastered version, cyberpunk 2077 two months before release date and 80'' tall Geralt figure.

bloomlight: Dont be a fanboy Hickory, this picture says it's a gog exclusive,

Hickory: That picture is of a pre-order advert. Nothing in that image says or suggests that CD Project would not release Thronebreaker on another platform. You're making things up because you want to complain, same as everybody on this silly band wagon.

* Moded. Please refrain from using vulgarisms.
Oh come on
" Nothing in that image says or suggests that CD Project would not release Thronebreaker on another platform"
"PC version ONLY on GOG.COM"

Not that I care that much about it, but fact's fact, and you aren't making gog any favors by denying it.

What if we purchased on steam already can we get a way to link the account to unlock the cards?
