I've seen others search for a solution online, didn't find one yesterday when I searched, so I figured I would post the solution since I figured it out:
1. go to "Thronebreaker\Thronebreaker_Data\StreamingAssets\videos\campaign"
2. find "nr000_cs1_game_intro" and "tb_intro_logo_en_us", then move them / back them up (yes, the files with no extensions)
3. create blank files with the exact same name as the above two files (again, no extensions) by creating a new txt file, then renaming it and obviously removing the .txt extension
4. feel a sense of pride and accomplishment every time you launch the game and don't have to hold two buttons down before you can press the button that let's you graciously access the main menu of the game... (*WHY* did you think this was a good idea CDProjekt?!?!)
Anyways, hope that helps a few people. You still have to press one button before being given permission to access the main menu, but this is still much better (I'm so glad the game reminds me what an autosave is *every* time I launch it).
