It failed multiple times when I tried to update it, then I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling, but then it also failed multiple times. All those times was through Galaxy; I'll try downloading the offline installer next.

I tried downloading from both the website and the launcher and Im getting unable to install. I dont have a lot of GoG games, how long in general does it take for these to get fixed?

GOG Galaxy just had an update, and now I was able to successfully install This War Of Mine without any issues.
Hey everybody, at least for my I found the solution of this.

The reason for this errors was in my case the fact, that I have redirected my documents folder to a network share. You can do this via GUI or via the registry key

Personal
in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

The program with which gog games are installed is called InnoSetup and it is crap at this point if you redirect the documents folder to a mapped network drive. In my case I connected U: to my NAS \\192.168.2.20\home and then in the mentioned registry key there is the value "U:\"

But that do not work!

Solution:

Use the unc path directly for the folder redirection, so in my case now in "Personal" key stands: "\\192.168.2.20\home".
After restarting the Windows Explorer all setups are now running.

I hope this helps one who have the same problem.
