It's a bug, since the steam's users have the visits of the trader after the 3rd day. There are others contents missing too.

Edit: I found a provisional solution, where the game update the characters biography properly with new informations of their background and Franko continue his visits (appeared to me again on day 5), but when I push the print screen button and try to paste in the Paint and it is all black, so no screenshots. The probem was solved after installing the game again, but in the Documents file, while deactivating the DLC Little Ones, not activating the DLC Anniversary edition and restoring the game to the update 3.0.2. So, as you can se I don't know the exact reason of the problem, which seems related to one or more of the following factors:

- Intalling the game in the default location (the programs file);
- Activating the DLC Little Ones;
- Activating the DLC Anniversary edition (through the scenarios menu);
- Some undetected error in the instalation of the game;
- Some bug from the last update (3.0.3).

If someone be willing to test this solution, maybe without repeating all steps, we can compare and try to discover the true origin of the problem. However, since I saw some people playing the game (maybe with the steam version) while using the DLCs, these may not be the cause.

Edit 2: The user @crowknows re-installed the game and solved the problem too, but using the GOG's folder (the default path) and the DLC Little Children. Thus, it may be possible that the cause is the update 3.0.3 or the activation of the Anniversary Edition.

I solved it by re-installing the game with 3.0.2 version. Now Franco shows up at the shelter. Thanks for help!

Franko not showing up doesn't seem to be related to the anniversary DLC. I did a playthrough with the anniversay DLC, and Franko appeared every three or four days, as usual. Now, I completed this before the latest update. So, it appears to be something related to the latest update. Also, I don't get anyone coming to the shelter for help. On day three, Franko came. Then, on day four or five, the neighbors stopped by with vegetables. No one else has come to the shelter since (I'm on day 15).

I followed your advice, and reinstalled the 3.0.2 update. Now, Franko's showing up again, and everyone's bios are working properly. Thanks.

Thanks for the help. For clarity's sake, all I had to do was a rollback to the 3.0.2 update (no reinstall necessary). Haven't tried a Little Ones playthrough yet, but the Anniversary content along with Franko and the daily events are fixed. Again, thank you!

I am having a problem with the notification of the GOG's forum, but I am glad that it is working for you! The Little Ones dlc is working fine for me and others, so I believe that you can stack it too. Good game to you!
