All the cutscenes audio lagg/shutter.
Everything else on the game work just fine, visuals and subtitles included(even on the cutscenes).
Safe Mode is active and greyed out:

I have re-installed the game and deleted all previous data folders, etc. Re-started the computer, checked that i had the lastest video drives, even ran TuneUp 1-Click Maintenance. But the issue remains.
