Not sure if I'm just too stupid or if i'm wasting my time on a glitch here. I went to the sheriff's office to call in a naked guy at the circus on the police scanner. Then follows a cut scene showing Natalie leaving her news paper office, making a remark about her map. I head straight to her office, only to find her still sitting at the desk, still forbidding me from taking the map.

You can restart the quest by inquiring about the police scanner in her office - but no matter how many times you call her away, she's still at her desk.

Pretty sure this is a bug.

Using the OS X version on "easy", btw.

Have you tried to switch to your FBI Buddy after making the call? :)

Ps. This is my short version of a solution as there is more to it than what I just said.

She's stuck in the sewer. But I see, okay. I thought it was weird that we're seeing Natalie leave and then she's still at her desk, but I guess that was intentional then... Thanks!

Yes, you took so long to get back to the Nickel News that Natalie returned from checking out the story. Note that next time, it will be a different story she's waiting for. She won't fall for the same story twice.
