Hello.

I'm having a really weird issue. The thing is I bought Thief: Gold when it was released and was able to play normally without problems. Now, after maybe 6-7 months without playing the game I felt like giving it another try but I'm unable to play.

I tried to start a new game but when I click on start training it crashed. I tried to load a game from my previous playthrough and it did load, but as I was interested in playing from the begining I tried to uninstall it and I had the exact same problem.

I have also tried clicking on the credits and intro and I have the same issue: the game crashes to desktop.

I have tried downloading the latest version of ddfix and installing the TGfix 1.10 patch but no results. DDfix doesn't change anything and if I install TGfix the game doesn't even atempt to run, I can't even get to the menus, it just crashes when I double click on the .exe.

Any ideas? :(

I have a laptop with intel i5-430M, 4gb ram and an ATI Mobilty Radeon HD 5470.
