Hey guys;

So, I got a new laptop and I was looking forward to playing Thief 3, but apparently there is an issue with lockpicking that can only be resolved by limited the frame rate. Unfortunately, I'm on an HP with an Intel chipset and I can't find those settings or a third party software anywhere. Any advice would be appreciated. I can provide screenshots as necessary of the "Intel HD Graphics Control panel". I don't see anything frame limiting or even close to that anywhere.

Thief 3 is my all time favorite game ever, so I really appreciate the help. I've beaten it on the XBox, but currently don't have access to my XBox, so this is very much appreciated!
