Funnily enough, I prefer the old "It's a stiff!" approach to T3's ragdoll.

I've yet to start T3, so I don't know how much ragdolls improves or damages things.

Hiding bodies I would say is more difficult, trying to lay them down in a corner can result in them flopping about all over the place.

Sometimes knocking a person out seems to make them flop backwards in on themselves like they have no spine.
