I seem to remember this problem a few years ago but in the pit with the face that fires at you I can't climb back out as when you grab the rope he just lets go again straight away.

Any fix for this?

Figured it out. FFR - Sometimes the rope you climb in on doesn't let you climb out again apparently and is a known bug, the solution is to fire another arrow and use that.

However I tried that and it didn't work but restarting the game did fix the issue!
