Hello,
when I want to install the language pack I get the error message

"Language Pack for base game is missing"

and therefore it doesn't install it.

Any idea how to solve this?

Is the base game in same language as a pack for DLC?

If not, you probably also need to download base game lang pack, either by choosing language in GoG client or getting file from library. You need to choose different from English language in order to see links for corresponding packs.
