This topic is MY OPINION about the look, playability, and performance of the game. NOTE THIS IS THE ONLY GAME I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TO THIS EXTENT. USUALLY I CAN FIX THIS ISSUE BY MAKING ADJUSTMENTS..THIS ONE IS A LOST CAUSE. (I can't really say I want or don't want help with this, I am saying I'm so fed up with this, that anyone posting any help would be ignored due to the simple fact that it's way past that point now. I guess I'm just ranting about this.
Here are my comp specs:
Windows 7 64 ultimate
i7@2.8ghz L3 8MB cache
12GB GDD3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 770ti
Acer 28.5" monitor 1920 x1080
Game has been updated 1.06 (Clueless how to update the game to 1.07 without Galaxy downloader which I refuse to use. Shouldn't have to use that to patch a game)
I have read what every single setting in this game does very, very carefully using the information in this link:
geforce.com/whats-new/guides/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt-graphics-performance-and-tweaking-guide
I then proceeded to adjust every single setting possible for this in accordance with my computer specs, (I.E. used automatically detect settings option, brightness, you name it, I tried it), I even adjusted the screen resolution.
I also restarted my computer after adjusting the settings so they took affect, and regardless of what settings I use, an or how adjust them, I simply cannot get this game to look and play decently. This game just looks and plays like absolute garbage. It's beyond choppy, tons of screen tearing it's all dim and grainy, and it's like I looking at the game through a very, very slightly dirty piece of clear plastic.
So I fail to see how anyone thinks that this game looks good when anything I change and adjust no matter how I do it, really make a difference. So I have since given up on this mess.
Anyone that thinks otherwise, I issue this challenge, You fund me the money, I will personally come to you with my computer, and show you first hand right in front of you so you can see it with your own eyes, just how bad this game really looks.
I simply cannot get this game to look and or play good and this is the only game I've ran into this problem with...I didn't even have a problem with Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, and other high graphically demanding end performance powered games.
