Hi, I saw the Steam version has extra DLC like the "Alternative Look for Yennefer".

Does the GOG "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition" come with this also?

In game select Options, then Gameplay, and drag the scroll thing on the right hand side down.
