Wild at heart was easy for me, Ladies of the wood is nightmare, my silver sword is slightly damaged but that is not the issue, the damn werewolf keeps running away super fast and regenerating out of my reach. Hate that.

I had the same issue. My problem was that on my first try, I let him start regenerating and cowered out of the fight. From there, everytime I came back, he was at 100% health and kept running around and regenerate, I couldn't kill him no matter how hard I tried. Moon dust didn't work either. You have to hit him when he first tries to start the regeneration, when he stops and glows red. So you have to reload a savegame from before engaging the werewolf. He won't regenerate at the start. Halfway his health he will try to. When he glows red, you have to hit him with the Moon Dust bomb. From there, it's easy. I dodged all the time, carefully timing the dodge, anticipating its move, and used Quen to survive the dodge fails.

Hope this helps a fellow frustrated player. I believe the game should reset the werewolf's regeneration when he's at 100%.
