I am currently on another play through of W2 and I plan to import that save into Witcher 3 so my decisions and most importantly, the tattoo. I believe you can still simulate a W2 save while doing NG+ but it may not include the tattoo. I have seen some people saying that you can't transfer your decisions and tattoo through to NG+.

If someone could clear that up for, it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

You can transfer tattoo only through importing Witcher 2 save you can do this in NG+ also but you cant do it through save simulation
