So, I've just bought my first SSD, a Crucial BX200 480 GB. I intend on using it for my favorite games but I've never used an SSD before.

Will someone please give me a run down on how to migrate the game data from my Western Digital HDD to the new Crucial SSD? I'd like to bring GoG Galaxy with it too if possible, as there are many more smaller games that I would like to run through the SSD.

Thank you for your time and consideration!

For Witcher 2 and a lot of other DRM-free titles I just copied them to my new SSD and created new shortcuts to start them. I would think the same might work for a standard W3 installation.

But GOG/Galaxy might be more tricky.

It worked out just fine. I should have replied sooner.

Thank you for your help.
