Is there a censored version of the game with toned down blood / gore for the German version ?
And which version do I get, when I buy it at gog?

As far, as I know there is no censored version for Germany. The game comes with all language options to download (at least on release day). The version that I got appears to be international, at least it does not give any other indication in the installer.

Nope, the german version comes completely uncensored. Don't worry, you' ll be able to see all dem boobies ;)

And i dont fear i wont get (enough) boobies in the german version.... I just want a too much reduces blood rate.

(Boobs aint a problem in germany, blood and gore is.... and nazi-symboles)

According to the Twitch Streaming about Witcher 3 there won't be an option to reduce the violence or disable the bloody finishers.
