Hi, i saved the offline installer to my external HD Storage and i found no update to 1.32 for classic Witcher 3.

Was there an issue or why is it gone?
Hm, the patch history shows it added chinese language so its probably no longer needed.

Not sure why they removed the 1.32 patch.
Like you say, it only added chinese language support, but it was needed if you wanted to load a saved game in which you had used it.
I am also not sure why it was removed. I used to play on 1.32 and I was fortunate enough to download the patch at the time but they could've bring it back. I've seen several threads about this patch already here and in the general forums. I am not sure if the devs are aware since they have their own forums( and accounts) now.
Last time I checked, these two options worked to "patch" from 1.31 version to 1.32:

A) Use one of the language patches for your language, found in the Extras file list for the Complete Edition. It should patch v1.31 to 1.32. Maybe now the language packs are in fact the 1.32 patch, for every language?

B) or, using GOG Galaxy, patch your v1.31 to v4.0+ , and then use the app to downgrade to 1.32.
