I saw the expansion on amazon and i have the money there, how can i redeem the code here and install it?

So you bought it on Amazon? Did they give you a code? If so, you might try here: https://www.gog.com/redeem.

Amazon should have provided you with instructions.

Amazon does not say you are buying a GOG version. If you buy on Amazon, it might be a Steam version, in which case you could not redeem it here.

On Amazon Germany it says that it is a GOG key. Also the main game is a GOG Key on Amazon Germany. Perhaps it is different in the USA.

buy it on amazon, you will get a GOG key. Only way to get this game on steam is to buy on Steam store(or someone can gift it on steam). No websites are selling a steam key of the witcher 3 or the expensions.
