Like the title says, I installed the game already and have been playing. I would like to try using Galaxy. How do I go about moving my game into the client?

Thanks!

Why you would want to gimp yourself by usig galaxy, which is behind so many problems of W3, is beyond me.

However just install galaxy and let it scan for games. W3 is the new installer, so it will be auto picked up by galaxy.

That said, don't use galaxy, it's broke and causes more problems than anything. Wait until it gets too a real beta state before using cause right now it's not even alpha imo

What's broke, what problems is it causing?
try reading the forum. But from my own experience:

Cant add DLC
Cant update
Crashes after 15 minutes (confirmed this is Galaxy related as the game launches and runs fine on its own)
Claiming the game isnt available yet

Those are just with the game installed, trying to install via galaxy has a number of other problems. As it is right now GOG shouldn't be pushing it onto people. It isn't full featured or fully working (counter to their claim)

It 'could' be worth using when it's actually complete but for now not worth the hassel

For what it's worth, I haven't experienced any of these issues. I installed GOG Galaxy specifically to install Witcher 3 and it's been smooth sailing for me so far. YMMV, but I'm happy to have the easy installation and auto-updates.

Your one of the lucky minority :D
Even just adding it with the scan option didn't work for me.. it finds the game.. but doesn't let me play it. I honestly don't care, so will continue to double-click the EXE :) Actually.. I pinned the shortcut to my start menu :)
