Then you have got too many, you should give a couple to oldgrey.

oldgrey: no only 20/22
Brought some from a trader can't seem to get them in the deck
Don't know what I'm doing LOL
Shame because I am loving the rest of this game

olnorton: When you press H (not during a gwent game) do you have any Northern Realm cards on the left hand side?
Thanks for helping me with this olnorton
OK I press H & I have 2 Northern Realm cards on the left side
with unit cards saying 20/22 (in red)
Went to a trader & brought 2 Northern Realm unit cards
Now have 4 cards on the left

But this is were I get lost
Unit cards still say 20/22 in red

How do I put them into the deck ?
avatar
oldgrey: How do I put them into the deck ?
Just double click on the unit cards on the left & they will move over to your playing deck.
Just use your best 22, as you get better cards, double click on the weaker cards in your playing deck to move them out.

No worries mate, it will just get better with every game you play.

JudgeBibi: I don't dislike this game, he is interesting and strategic.

But it would have been welcome to keep the dice poker !
I couldn't agree more! I don't mind Gwent too much, though it's not my favorite side-task. However, even with adding it in, I wish they'd still kept the poker dice, I really loved that. I could sit and play that for decent chunks of time without gettting bored with it . I tend to get bored with Gwent relatively quickly.
+1

I feel quite the opposite. Dice poker was very easy and fast. Last time I replayed W2 (right before W3 release) I lost only few times with just bad luck during whole game.
But I agree Gwent can become boring for someone.
Okay, I've hit H and tried to keep only my best cards in my deck, although my best cards don't always show up in the cards I am dealt. Still I've been able to win most of the games I've played so far---not always on the first try. My total deck strength is 116 or there about. But how do you win with a Northern Realms deck against players using the Monster deck? They play one card and suddenly the whole row is filled with cards of the same value. They seem to have an unlimited number of cards to play with while I only have nine.

several options:
1) try to lure them into pulling most of them in the first round. then give the round to them.
2) freeze
3) multiple use of Villentretenmerth.... if available. Pull him back as often as you can.

Thanks. I'm finally getting the hang of it.

Oh, you didn't like it? What a pity! But really: Nobody cares.

Find it terribly boring as well, which is why I use a mod to get past it with minimum fuss :)
