I know some non-speakers of Polish wish to play The Witcher 3 in CDPR's mother tongue, however it can be kind of difficult as installing a language pack changes the voice and text to that language. As such I've created this small guide to help:

Step 1:

Go to your GOG.com account (https://www.gog.com/account) and click on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt game in your library.

Step 2:

From the game card, click the LANG: menu and select POLSKI.

Step 3:

Download the three parts of the Polish Language Pack and use the installer.

Step 4:

After installing the Polish Language Pack, start up your copy of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and from the main menu click on OPCJE.

Step 5:

Click on WYBÓR JĘZYKA.

Step 6:

Make sure the top slider is set to Włączone, the middle slider is set to Angielski, and the bottom slider is set to Polski. If you would like subtitles to be in a language other than English, set Angielski to whichever language you would like.

Step 7:

Click on WRÓĆ.

Step 8:

Enjoy The Witcher 3 with Polish voices and subtitles in your preferred language! I've attached screenshots of most of the important steps in this guide.

Much appreciated.
Just to clarify. This is only for changing the audio to Polish and the subtitles to English, right?
What i mean by that is: Will the UI will remain in Polish after this? or will it switch back to English?

After following all of the steps the UI will switch back to English.
And then repeat every time the game updates. Annoying. :<

Be warned: polish voice acting is not the best. English dubbing sounds much better and seems to have more actors.

CAUTION Repeating polish names out loud can end with severe tongue and mouth damages. Trying to understand polish grammar can lead to mental disfunction and loss of colour vision. Consult your local doctor or peller before switching polish voice or subtitles on.

Thanks a lot! I was looking for a way to have the game like this. I'm used to hear Jaskier instead of Dandelion and this way I like it much more :-)
Thank you so much!
Thanks a lot bro- Dziękuję bardzo mój przyjaciel

Thank you very much; I believe Native Language should be the norm for every entertainment product regardless of its origin.
(Less voice actors for dubbing = more time & $$$ to make everything more awesome at a lower price tag).

Geralt's Original voice rocks A LOT.

[Localization]
RequestedSpeechLanguage=PL
SpeechLanguage=PL
RequestedTextLanguage=EN
TextLanguage=EN

is way easier than guessing through the menu, especially when selected arabic by accident ^^

For those wondering, the game itself no longer needs to be changed back to English with any difficulty. In GOG settings for the game, when you change to your desired language it will download all necessary packs. When you load the game up, text and subtitle language will be set to what it was already. In Language options in game, you can then change the voice/text languages on the fly.
