Yah so basiclly I moved the Game folder so that I dont have to re-download it again because I had to move it to another computer, cause the one I downloaded it on cant run the game. So I dont know how to apply these patches and everything
Easiest ay by far is importing the folder you have the game in to Galaxy. All you do is select the game, click More> Manage> Import Folder. Once you are done, exit the client, open it again and the auto patching process should start.

If you want to do manually, just download the patch from the website and patch it that way.
You only need to move the gamesaves. However, the version of the game is crucial, you can't use a latest patched gamesave to older versions of the game.
You can import the folder as was said you can also download the patch install files by themselves.

How to:

-Open up Galaxy or GOG.com

-Go into Witcher 3

-Click Backup and Extras for Galaxy or View Downloads for GOG.com

-Select Patch 1.02 and 1.05 to download.

If you need to download these on the first PC you can then just throw these on a flash drive then install them on the other computer after telling it where the files are.

problem is, whenever I start up the .exe file for the patch, it doesn't let me choose where to install into, so it automatically installs it onto the original place and i'll have to always copy the whole folder cause I don't know what files were changed.

Ok my bad, that was how GOG downloaded installers used to work. There used to be an option box on the installer before. Seems now no matter how you download it knows where the base folder is or supposed to be, I tried myself to find a work around but couldn't.

If you haven't already I'd try downloading GOG Galaxy onto the other computer then importing the folder. If you already did or it doesn't work try contacting GOG customer service.
