There are numerous places you can fine 'valuable fossils'. Purely wishful thinking.

No it's not her. While she doesn't appear in W3, she's alive. That much was confirmed.

Gaweyne: On a small island that's shrouded in fog, at a Point of Interest just north east of Benek in Velen, there's a giant dinosaur looking thing. When you loot it you get a valuable fossil.

Could be wishful thinking. But is there any chance this is the skeleton of Saskia in dragon form? :O :O :O
You really should go to Natural Museum someday. It's a whale skeleton.
