Oksoy: Please try to download the DLCs manually from the site using the method in Edit 2 (from your account page).

Maurish: I did and installed both of them. Galaxy still has no idea what's up and doesn't show any DLC's in the configure menu. I have to see later in game if they are enabled. Still, this doesn't fix the issue. I might have to manually install every future DLC if I can't find a way to fix this.

Nirth: I didn't make it work at first so I went to Extras and downloaded the installers and I'm not sure what happened next because it didn't work at first but after some time they apparently started and then I could check them.
To check if they are enabled ingame go to Bram, the merchant you save from the griffin at the very start of the game. He is located outside of the inn in the village you get to (He will be there once you enter the inn to get one step further in the main mission). If he has items labeld as "Temerian" than the DLCs are enabled.

You have to buy the armor from a merchant named Bram, see 'Edit' on the first post.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but what do you mean by "the hairstyles are probably in a similar system to that of the Witcher 2"? You mean hairstyles could be changed in The Witcher 2? Or that they are in a similar style (haircut or hairdo... don't know the exact word :P)?
And another question: is it possible to change hairstyle in-game? Or do I have to always check and uncheck the DLC from the configure button?

Quick update as I managed to fix my issue.

I thought about trying to verify the game files but that option was greyed out. I searched around found out that it's supposed to be available. So the solution to this one was to force Galaxy to recheck the files.
I made a backup of the game. Uninstalled it and then moved the backup back into place. Then told Galaxy to download the game and it started to compare the files to my local files. It then proceeded to download ~15mb and it was done.
I can now see all the DLC and I can verify the game files at will.

What I meant answers both of your questions.
Yes, you can change your hair styles ingame. The DLC just added more of them (or the option itself I am not 100% sure).
By saying the system is similar to the one we saw in the Witcher 2 I meant that like in the previous game you will need to go and see a person (a Barber) to have him cut your hair and beard.

That's what I said. When I left click on the item my web browse opens the dialog "open.... or save as..." ;-)

GoG guys, can you please remove the alleged link to download the free DLC from Galaxy? The 26.4 MB .exe that you can download, which has the filename "setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28", appears to attempt to install the whole game but states that it is missing files. When you cancel the install, your whole Witcher 3 install gets wiped. I just spent 50 minutes installing it from disc and updating but now I'm spending another 50 minutes installing it again. Great first impression guys.

Have to agree. I notice that it states 26.4 . It indeed states it is missing files. I don't have it wipe my install though.,

Sorry Guys

That PC Game DLC thing isn't working, how it should be.

1. On Steam it seems to be possible to download and install. lol
2. I have the GoG Version, but there is no direct DLC Download link in my Account. Why? Big Fail!
3. I then installed Galaxy, which i don't like/need, but the now seen DLC link is broken. Every Time i try to
download any of the two, i get only one setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_2.0.0.28.exe File.
When i click this File, it will start a new Installation of the Game. wtf

Where are the correct named/sized DLC Files from that Game? And why do i need Galaxy,
which you promised is optional?!

Please Fix that soon as possible and no need for Galaxy (your Words) means different!
