The library hangs Withcer 3, but the store did not indicate that this game I already have. Who faced a similar problem?

I have the same nuisance an contacted support a while back.

They wrote: "This problem just results from the different ways to purchase the game on GOG.com. Please rest assured that this doesn't affect your access to the game in any way." So, just a visual bug, nothing major.

I did get The Witcher 3 with my new graphic card.
