Once in Skellige, how do I get back to Novigrad or Velen?

Use a waypoint to quickt travel - in order to zoom out you have to press <space>.

Find any "fast travel" sign in Skellige, click "E" fast travel , then "space" ...

When you view a map of Skellige/Novigrad/Velen you are viewing an area map. To travel from one to another, ie. from Skellige to Velen, you need to view the world map by (as noted) pressing the space bar.
