I have i7 4970, 780Ti (368.22), 16GB RAM, Razor Taipan, game is on SSD. Newest drivers for mouse installed.

What can I do?

Do you have a logiteh mouse by chance. I used to have same issue with mine and found 3 fixes.
First being if you do have a logitech mouse go to the setting and turn of "enhanced graphics" in the settings.
Second being it seems to work for any mouse that you can control the polling rate for your mouse. Put it on 125, 250 and see if it help/fixes the issue and then you can true 500 (default) or 1000 and see if it gets worse or not.
Third being turn off in-game overlay in GOG settings. (this is the main one that worked for me and caused no issues any more no matter the polling rate I used.

Edit: sorry just noticed you did post your mouse being the razor taipan, try the polling rate and I hope it helps! Also make sure you have hardware cursor enabled in your game settings.
